If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete upon receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
Please note that some products are not eligible for a return for reasons such as “the product is no longer needed and alike reasons".
Please note that there are certain items marked as non-returnable on product pages that are not eligible for return.
Conditions for Returns
All eligible products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
The return product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered with an additional layer of Mogozay packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Please do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers’ box.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to reject your return and send it back to you.
Valid Returns Reasons
Receiving a product that is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition.
Receiving a product that is incorrect (presented differently on Mogozay website) / incomplete (missing parts, etc).
Please take note that Quality, Compatibility, Authenticity or Functionality related issues are not valid reasons for returns.
